In order to conduct business activities based on respect for human rights, our company identifies the following as priority items, shares them with all employees, and puts them into practice.

  1. Respect for Human Rights
    We respect human rights by appropriately understanding laws, regulations, and internationally recognized human rights standards.
  2. Monitoring Implementation
    We establish a Human Rights Code of Conduct and carry out activities to monitor the implementation of initiatives related to respect for human rights.
    At the same time, we identify, prevent, and mitigate the risks of human rights violations.
    In the event of any issues, we will promptly take corrective and remedial action through consultation channels.
  3. Continuous Education and Awareness Raising
    We will continuously conduct education and awareness-raising activities so that each officer and employee understands and appropriately implements initiatives related to respect for human rights.
  4. Dissemination of the Policy
    This policy will be disclosed internally and externally, and we will make efforts to ensure that suppliers, partners, and business associates also understand and implement its intent.

The following matters stipulated in this Code of Conduct shall be faithfully implemented:

  1. Standards on Child Labor and Forced Labor Regardless of the form of employment, no child labor or forced labor shall be practiced.
  2. Standards on Discrimination In matters of employment and personnel treatment, no discriminatory practices shall be carried out on the basis of employees’race,ethnicity,nationality,gender,age,creed, religion,social status, or disability.
  3. Respect for Human Dignity
    Employees’ dignity shall be respected. Acts that disregard the dignity of others, such as harassment, slander, defamation, or coercion of work through intimidation, shall not be tolerated.
  4. Standards on Occupational Safety and Health
    We shall endeavor to create a safe and comfortable workplace environment where all concerned parties can work with peace of mind.
  5. Standards on Protection of Personal Information
    Personal information shall be obtained only through lawful and appropriate means and used properly.
